Where we deliver
We deliver to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
What delivery costs
Delivery is AED 30 per order, to every emirate, whatever the order is worth. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Each order is delivered to one address. If you are sending to several people, please place a separate order for each — that way every recipient gets their own date, window and card message.
Same-day delivery
Order before 4:00 PM UAE time and you can choose today as your delivery date. After 4:00 PM the earliest available date is tomorrow. Same-day also depends on how full the day already is: the checkout calendar only offers dates and windows we can still take.
Choosing your date and window
You choose both at checkout, and we deliver every day of the week. If you need a specific hour rather than a window, message us first and we will tell you honestly whether we can promise it.
The recipient's details
Please give us the recipient's full address and a working mobile number. Our drivers often need to call on arrival — a tower name with no apartment number, or a phone that is switched off, is the most common reason a gift arrives late. If you are happy for us to leave the gift with a concierge or reception desk when the recipient is out, say so in the note to the florist and we will do that where the building allows it.
If it is a surprise
Tell us in the note to the florist and we will not call the recipient in advance to arrange a time. We may still need to call on arrival to find them.
If the recipient is not there
We will try to reach them, and then you. Because flowers cannot sit waiting in the heat, we agree the next step with you quickly. A second attempt is charged at the normal AED 30.
Delays outside our control
Severe weather, road closures, building access rules and public-holiday traffic can all affect a delivery. We will tell you as soon as we know, and agree what to do.
If something is not right when it arrives
Please see our Refund and cancellation policy. In short: tell us within 24 hours and send a photo, and we will replace the arrangement or refund it.
