Three UAE delivery windows plus a midnight slot, with a 4:00 PM same-day cut-off.

Ordering flowers should be the easy part of a big gesture. Here is exactly how flower delivery works at Bloomistry — from the moment you click to the moment the door opens.

1. Choose the arrangement

Browse by occasion — birthday, anniversary, romance, congratulations — or by style, from hand-tied bouquets to flower boxes that arrive ready to display with no vase needed. Many designs offer colour and size options on the product page, from Classic up to Royal.

2. Make it personal

Every product page carries our add-ons: Schokorize chocolates, Ferrero Rocher, helium and personalised balloons, metallic number foils for milestones, plush teddies, designer perfumes, and gold acrylic name plates or message boards engraved in English or Arabic. Whatever you add is delivered together with the flowers as one complete gift.

3. Pick the date and time

Select your delivery date and preferred slot at checkout. Our studio takes orders daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and our delivery team runs later — right across the UAE. For birthday surprises at the very first minute of the day, choose the exclusive 12:00 AM midnight slot — a small surcharge is added automatically and we hand-deliver right on cue.

4. We craft it fresh

Nothing at Bloomistry is pre-made. When your order lands in our Ras Al Khor studio, our florists select fresh stems and build the arrangement by hand for your date. That is also why showpieces like the Giant Rose Teddy ask for 4–5 days' notice — they are constructed bloom by bloom.

5. The reveal

Boxes arrive display-ready; many bouquets stand on their own in structural wraps. If you are sending from afar, tick Reaction Video on the product page and our delivery team will discreetly capture the moment the gift is received and share the clip with you — the part you would otherwise miss.
