Every Bloomistry arrangement is handcrafted to order in our Dubai studio and delivered fresh across the UAE. Here is how it works.

Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates from our studio in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. Delivery fees and any area-specific details are shown at checkout and in our shipping policy.

When we deliver
Our team operates daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Choose your preferred date and time slot on the product page when you order. For birthday surprises at the very first minute of the day, an exclusive 12:00 AM midnight delivery slot is available for a small surcharge — select it on the product page and it is added to your order automatically.

Made to order
Because every arrangement is built fresh for your order, please allow our florists time to craft it — and note that some showpieces, such as the Giant Rose Teddy, require 4–5 days' advance notice.

The delivery moment
Arrangements arrive gift-ready: boxes need no vase, and many bouquets stand on their own in structural wraps. Want to see the reaction? Add the Reaction Video option on the product page and our delivery team will discreetly capture the reveal and share the clip with you.

Caring for your flowers on arrival
Bouquets: trim the stems at an angle and place them in fresh water away from direct sun. Boxes and baskets: add a little water to the floral foam every day or two. Hydrangeas love a light daily mist. Kept cool, your flowers will reward you for days.
